Our Accessibility Target
We use WCAG 2.0 AA and WCAG 2.1 AA as practical accessibility targets when designing, editing, and testing the public website. This is a working commitment, not a claim that every page is perfect.
What We Check
- Readable contrast for navigation, buttons, forms, and event pages.
- Keyboard access and visible focus styles for links and controls.
- Clear labels for forms and meaningful text for links.
- Responsive layouts that avoid horizontal scrolling on common mobile widths.
- Alternative text for public images where an image conveys information.
Feedback And Help
If you find an accessibility barrier, need event information in another format, or need help using a form, contact team@cifstontario.com. Please include the page address and a short description of the issue so the Ontario team can route it.
Ongoing Work
Accessibility is reviewed during website changes and release checks. Future content, documents, or third-party tools may need separate review before publication.
